Informative staff and impeccable service, unbeatable location. Magnificent view, a big balcony, good bed, too. Booked with a fresh made breakfast and I loved the meal. Tidy and respectable hotel in Chico district.

The hotel was fairly clean, the staff was THOUGHTFUL. Soft bed, nice sized bathroom and climate control, pay television and a coffee maker in the room. The food was lovely and with plenty of options. Its exceptional service. Central location, not too far from artesanias de colombia.

You guys made my stay enjoyable. Location and staff were terrific, and this hotel was cute and immaculately clean. The area was upscale. Also, a very handily located four-screen cinema was max 5 minutes walk to. Comfy beds, a safe box, a coffee machine and a writing table were a nice touch...
